The fax service at our Customer Service Centre provides a quick solution to
enhance your business and personal needs.

Pick up for found items can be made Monday to Saturday between 10am and 4pm (sorry, no pick up's on Sundays).

Restrooms are located in the Food Court, on the upper level cross-over by Sears and in all department stores.  Restrooms on the cross-over are renovated and are now completely touch free.

Baby changing facilities are available in the Food Court restroom and there are two Parents Rooms in the cross-over restrooms by Sears, one in the foyer and one in the Women's Washroom.

Scotiabank, CIBC, Bank of Montreal and Coast Capital Savings machines are located throughout the Centre.  RBC has an ATM machine located in London Drugs.

Ask our Roving Ambassadors! At Guildford Town Centre, we're committed to making your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible. And this includes providing our customers with  roving Ambassadors during peak hours to offer assistance as needed. We offer services that include:

• Assisting customers with directions and general information
• Escorting customers to stores

Smoking Prohibited Areas.  As of June 8, all Guildford Town Centre entrances are smoke free.  Smoking will be permitted only in the designated areas outlined on the maps located at each entrance.
