The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in developing and implementing business strategy and leading the daily operation of the store. In partnership with the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager is accountable for driving results by effectively teaching, training and coaching associates, that achieves sales goals and meet merchandising brand standards. The Assistant Manager is expected to role model AEO values and AEO customer first behaviours in all actions and interactions in order to create a positive Customer First Experience.
