Portable Phone Chargers
Borrow a portable phone charger for your smartphone at Guest Services. Compatible with all devices. Valid photo ID required. One hour time limit.
Water Bottle Refill Stations
Refill your water bottle at one of our new refill stations and help keep plastic bottles out of our landfills. There are two locations, one by the Food Court washrooms and one is by the upper level washrooms next to Shaw.
Stroller, Wheelchair and Walker Loans
These items are complimentary while shopping at Guildford Town Centre. Valid government issued I.D. is required.
Complimentary Gift Wrap
Visit us with your gift purchased at Guildford Town Centre and we’ll wrap it up beautifully! Donations are appreciated to support the Surrey Fire Fighters' Charitable Society.
Left your lights on and need a jump-start? Contact Guest Services or Security and they will make arrangements to assist you.
Interactive Play Park
Your favourite place is now their favourite place! Bring the kids to the Play Park for a 20 minute shopping break. The Play Park is located on the first level of the centre at the bottom of the London Drugs escalators.

Parents, guardians and caregivers must supervise children at all times*
This Play Park is for children 12 years and younger.
Please clean hands before entering.
Food, gum, and drinks are not permitted inside.
As a courtesy to others, please limit play time to 20 minutes.
Treat everyone and everything with respect and do not run or climb.
*The shopping centre does not supervise the Play Park. Please do not leave children unattended.
