Key Holder

We are seeking a motivated Key Holder to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance.

Duties

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
Implement effective sales strategies to achieve store goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Handle sales transactions using Shopify APP.
Manage inventory levels, including receiving shipments, organizing stock and conducting inventory check.
Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing to customers.
Complete other assignments from the store manager.

Skills

Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing and cash handling is an extra asset.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills.
